-The Tarentaise valley is little known by the ice climbers, nevertheless this magnificent valley offers a varied and wild playground. Here it is usual to climb alone. Out of the big ski resorts, nature is wild as in the Vanoise national Park. We can find all that we need for ice climbing !

-Maximum 3 clients per mountains Guide.

Equipement discover, Use of ropes and ropes technique, knots, safety, belay, abseiling, Abalakov, lunule, help to the second, mouflage … Techniques of climb, lead climbing, managing a course day.
- Program, the program can change with the motivations and skills of each, conditions of ice and the weather . Lead climb is not an obligation, it is according to your motivations!

Preparation of the equipement and ice school in the ice fall "la Daille" ; belay, safety, knots, abseiling, first climb. |
-Tuesday |
Ice Fall "la raie", 200 m grade 3 and 4 . Nice place for you're first long climb. Ice Belay, Abalakov. |
-Wednesday |
Ice fall "les Lanches" , 100 m 3 and 4 with good place for belays, lead climbing. |
-Thursday |
Technical site to improve technique, discover dry tooling and some ropes activities. (Rogers Valley) |
-Friday |
We will choose together the last ice fall, a long last climbing day ! (Example : Grand Bleu) |

Equipement preparation, climb in a school site to see safety techniques and to climb. Lead climbing (La daille) |

Cascade des "Lanches" grade 3,4 100m , few pitches with lead climbing. |

Little place where it is easy to improve our technique , to climb mixt lines, dry tooling, ropes techniques. (Rogers Valley, Savinaz ...). |

Long ice fall, Bonneval 140 m grade 5 |
-Friday |
long ice fall, we will choose it together. (Example : Le voile de la mariée) |
